One place to share, sync and write together.

Replace the email attachments and the scattered drives. Everyone works on the same file, in the same browser tab, with permissions you actually control.

  1. Sync and share, on every device

    Use K9 Share from the browser, a desktop app or a mobile app. Files stay in step wherever your people work.

  2. Links that protect themselves

    Send a share link with a password and an expiry date. When the date passes, access ends, with nothing to remember to revoke.

  3. Internal and external sharing, granular permissions

    Share with colleagues, partners or the public side of the fence. Decide who can view, edit, re-share or download, per file or per folder.

  4. Co-edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser

    Several people can edit the same document, spreadsheet or deck at the same moment. No downloads, no “final_v7”, no merge conflicts.

02 — Search & OCR

Even the scanned paperwork becomes searchable.

OCR reads scanned PDFs and images in English and Arabic, then feeds the text into full-text search. Find the clause, the name or the invoice number, not just the file name.

03 — Security

Security is not a tier you upgrade to. These protections are part of the platform.

    Stored files are encrypted on the server, so a disk is never just a readable copy of your data.

  • Two-factor authentication

    Add a second proof of identity to sign-in and take the sting out of a stolen password.

  • Audit logging

    A record of who accessed, shared and changed what, ready for review when someone asks.

  • LDAP and SSO-ready

    Connect your existing directory and single sign-on so accounts follow your organisation, not the other way round.

  • Version history and trash

    Roll back to an earlier version or restore a deleted file. Mistakes stay recoverable.

Your data has an address, and it is in the UAE.

K9 Share is hosted in a Dubai datacenter. Files are stored and served in-region, which makes data residency a property of the platform rather than a promise in a contract. It is a practical foundation for the sovereignty expectations of government bodies and regulated enterprises.
